Getting started is simple. Add Cvault to your Discord server using the "Add to Discord" button, then just type any command like $deposit or $bals. Your wallet is automatically created and linked to your Discord account on first use — no registration step needed.
Yes. Adding Cvault to your server and creating a wallet are completely free. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges. The only costs you'll encounter are standard network fees when withdrawing crypto to external wallets — these are set by the blockchains themselves, not by Cvault. Tips between users within Cvault are completely free.
No. If someone tips you and you haven't registered yet, Cvault will hold the funds and notify you. When you use any Cvault command for the first time, your wallet is created and the pending balance will be credited automatically.
Cvault uses industry-standard encryption and secure key management. Your wallet is linked to your Discord account and protected with multiple layers of security. While Cvault manages the technical wallet infrastructure, withdrawals require your confirmation. We strongly recommend only keeping funds in Cvault that you intend to use for tipping — for long-term storage, always use a hardware wallet or a personal non-custodial wallet.
Your Cvault wallet is tied to your Discord account. If your Discord is compromised, contact our support team immediately via the Cvault support server. We have manual account-locking procedures to protect funds in emergency situations. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your Discord account to prevent unauthorized access.
Tip notifications in public channels can be seen by other server members. Commands like $bals, /history, and $deposit use ephemeral responses — meaning only you can see the reply. Withdrawals to external wallets are always private and only visible to you.
Cvault currently supports BTC (Bitcoin), LTC (Litecoin), ETH (Ethereum on ERC-20), BCH (Bitcoin Cash), BNB (BEP-20), DOGE (Dogecoin), TRX (TRON on TRC-20), USDT (Tether on ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20), and USDC (USD Coin on ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20). View the full currencies page for details.
When you run $deposit USDT or $deposit USDC, Cvault will ask you to select a network — ERC-20, TRC-20, or BEP-20. Make sure you send from the same network as the address you receive. Sending on the wrong network will result in lost funds. TRC-20 generally has the lowest fees for stablecoins.
Yes. We actively evaluate new currencies and networks based on community demand and security considerations. Join our support server to vote for currencies you'd like to see added. We announce new additions in our support server and official channels.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the network. Typically: TRC-20 transactions confirm in under 1 minute, BEP-20 and ERC-20 in 1–5 minutes, and native BTC/LTC in 10–60 minutes depending on network congestion and the fee used. Use $fees to see current network fee estimates.
Yes. Minimum withdrawal amounts exist to ensure the withdrawal amount covers network fees. These vary by currency and current network conditions. Run $fees in Discord to see current minimums for each supported currency and network.
Tips and internal transfers between Cvault users are completely free. For external withdrawals to wallet addresses outside of Cvault, only the standard blockchain network fee applies — Cvault does not add any markup or service fee on top.
